Spending the Day at a Spa on Cape Cod

Sometimes, there’s nothing better than spending a day decompressing at the spa, and luckily, Cape Cod has plenty of options available. It doesn’t matter where on the Cape your vacation rental is located; you can reach a high-end spa in a matter of minutes. Here are some of the favorite spas of Cape Cod locals that you’ll have to check out during your time here.

Namaste Spa

Up in Provincetown is Namaste, a full-service spa offering various types of massage, salt scrubs, Hammam experiences, skin polishing, a sauna, and ayurbalancing. You can book your entire day online or give them a call to see when the best time is to stop by their Johnson Street location.

Namaste was named the best spa on the Outer Cape in 2017 and 2018, and one of the top 26 spas worldwide by Passport Magazine. Keep in mind that this is a co-ed, clothing-optional establishment, but if you’re not comfortable in that environment, there are plenty of other places to visit.

E Spa

Main Street in Brewster is where you’ll come across E Spa, which was named the 2019 Best Spa of the Lower Cape by Cape Cod Life Magazine. This establishment offers a variety of massage types, including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy.

For the most part, you’ll need an appointment to visit E Spa, although they do attempt to accommodate walk-ins if possible. Additional information on everything this location has to offer is available by calling them.

Le Petite Day Spa

The best word to describe Le Petite Day Spa in Chatham is elegant, as everything about this place exudes class. The goal here is to create the most relaxing environment for every customer, and that’s what you’ll find when you book an appointment.

Services at Le Petite Day Spa include massages, skincare treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and half-day spa packages. The venue enjoys a central location on Cross Street in downtown Chatham, and online booking is available.

Beach Plum Spa

The Beach Plum Spa has a location in Hyannis and another one in Sandwich, so you can choose the one that is closest to your vacation rental. Both spas are part of huge resorts, but you don’t have to be a guest to take advantage of their services.

The offerings at the Beach Plum Spa include massage, manicures, pedicures, facials, body treatments, brow and lash services, and a hair salon, so no matter what you’re in the mood to try, you’re covered here. You can book your entire treatment online, and there are full-day packages available if you want to spend a whole day in utter relaxation.

Solstice Day Spa

Solstice Day Spa sits right on Main Street in Hyannis and is in the same building as Puritan Cape Cod. This spa is also right across the street from the JFK Museum and offers a wide range of treatments, including nail care, skincare treatments, spray tans, massage, and a salon. There are also lash enhancements, hair removal treatments, and a CBD-infused menu available.

This spa was a winner in the 2019 Cape Cod’s Best in the therapeutic massage category and has a selection of value packages from which to choose. These packages are perfect if you want to visit the spa a few times during your Cape Cod vacation.

Bellezza Salon Medspa

For something a little different, Bellezza Salon Medspa in Falmouth not only offers the full spa experience, including massage, a hair salon, facials, waxing, spray tanning, manicures, pedicures, makeup, and lashes, but they also have a medspa. The medspa portion of the business provides FDA-approved laser treatments, Botox, customized peels, hair reduction, and crystal microdermabrasion.

Bellezza Salon Medspa is under the direction of Joseph A. Russo MD, ensuring that every treatment is safe. You can request an appointment online, but they recommend that you call to book a time, especially if you’re a new client.

Shui Spa

Nails, skincare, massages, waxing treatments, a salt sauna, a steam room, and a mineral soaking tub, Shui Spa in Provincetown has a little bit of everything. This conveniently located spa sits on Bradford Street in The Crowne Pointe Historic Inn, making it easy to find when wandering the town for the day.

One great thing about Shui Spa is that it is open seven days per week, all year round, so no matter when you’re visiting the Cape, you can spend an afternoon with them. Call ahead for an appointment because their hours vary based on the season.

A Great Day at the Spa

Cape Cod is loaded with spas, as this list barely scratches the surface of what is available here.

If the weather isn’t cooperating or you want to spend a day pampering yourself on your vacation to the Cape, check out one of these highly-rated spas and spend your day without a care in the world.
