"I would love to gatekeep this rental, but it’s a shame to not share. We’ve been renting this home for the past 5 years and plan to rent again next summer. It’s great for families with kids of all ages, and the owner is so thoughtful! Forgot your phone charger? There’s a multicharger in the MB! Forgot to bring a booster seat? There’s an extra! God forbid you forgot your coffee? There’s an extra bag in the pantry! Tons of spices in the kitchen if you want to cook, and lots of options for eating out (Kate’s is down the street!) The amazing views of the bay and Paines creek are visible from both decks and sunsets are beautiful! Plus the big backyard is great for entertaining or just watching the bunnies! The house is super homey, for lack of a better description - it feels like you’re staying in a HOME. The spaces are designed to spend time together. It has a theater style popcorn maker for game or movie night at home or a 4 player arcade game (in the basement) for bigger kids (or adults who remember arcades!) Theres plenty of space for up to 10 people, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, too. Best of all, it’s a super short walk to Paines Creek (great tubing when the tide is high) and straight out to Brewster Flats (when the tide is low). Bring a bucket and look for snails, fish and hermit crabs on your walk! The home is very quiet, clean, and well kept. It’s centrally located in Brewster and an easy drive to Wellfleet, Harwichport, Chatham, or anywhere you want to go!

"My family of 5 just spent a great week at this lovely home. With 3 teenagers, we all had our own rooms with plenty of privacy and room to spare.Each room is large, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. There is a great living/kitchen area that leads out to one of three decks for beautiful views of a salt marsh/stream and Brewster flats. The home has everything you will need, much more than the average rental. Nelson, the owner is kind and friendly, clearly he cares very much about his home, the flowers are beautiful and the home is one of the cleanest I have rented. Great location, Brewster flats about a 3 minute walk, incredible sunsets! Easy access to get over to big wave beaches like Nauset or over to Chatham for shopping etc.
