Water views of Drummer Cove from this private, wooded property! This lovely four-bedroom, contemporary -style home overlooks the ever-changing tidal waters of Drummer Cove and is only 0.4 mi to Pleasant Point Landing.

Enter a light, bright great room with multiple sliders to an expansive outdoor deck and screened-in porch. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with island seating--enjoy views of the cove as you cook dinner. The dining/living area, with a split unit air conditioner, has a dining table, sofa, loveseat, upholstered chair, fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. There is also a half bath with washer/dryer on this level.

The second floor has a spacious master suite with ensuite bath with tub/shower. This extra large bedroom has a split unit air conditioner, two seating areas, TV and a gas fireplace. Lie in bed and enjoy water views out of specially placed windows! There is also a small, private balcony deck with bistro seating for early morning coffee, evening cocktails or relaxing.

The lower level has three more bedrooms and another full bath with shower. One bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, slider doors and water views. Another bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, slider doors and a view as well. The fourth bedroom, which doubles as a den with TV, has a futon sofa (full). Do note that the lower level bedrooms do not have A/C units.

Enjoy dinner on the screened-in porch, soak up the sun on the large deck or get cozy with a glass of wine around the outdoor fire pit overlooking the water. There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the deck.

Only a short, 5-10 minute drive to the beautiful ocean beaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore, biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail or a scenic walk at Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. Only minutes to the Wellfleet Drive-In or Wellfleet Center and Harbor area with its shops, galleries, great restaurants and scenic vistas. Just a great home for your Cape Cod get-away.
