The bay beckons! Relax and enjoy your vacation in this beachfront condo with direct water access, Cape Cod bay views and amazing sunsets. This second floor, two-bedroom unit is located in the desirable Beach Point area of Truro.
Enter an open and bright main living space with galley kitchen, dining area and living room. The nicely-equipped galley kitchen has stainless appliances including a dishwasher. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi, a ductless split unit A/C and a queen sleeper sofa. A slider from the living room leads to a balcony deck with chairs--grab your morning coffee (or evening cocktail) and enjoy the amazing views of Provincetown.
The unit has two bedrooms, both with a queen bed, a flat screen TV with cable, a ductless split unit A/C and closet. The bathroom has a double sink vanity, a jetted tub and separate tiled shower. You'll love the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer.
Enjoy direct access to the bay beach where you can swim, lounge, sunbath and beachcomb. Settle into the sand for the sunset and stick around for some stargazing. There is a community-use gas grill and picnic tables.
Short drive to the best of Truro including historic sites, live music, Cape Cod National Seashore ocean beaches and tours of Highland Lighthouse and Truro Vineyards. The property is conveniently located on the shuttle route to Provincetown. Leave the car parked and hop on the shuttle for a quick trip to Commercial Street for amazing restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment, night clubs, whale watches and other fun on the water.

OFF-SEASON: Available for a three-night minimum, nightly rate plus a $100 cleaning fee and all other applicable taxes and fees.
