Enter the first floor to find a bright and spacious open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. There's a dining area that connects to the kitchen, making an open concept for dining.

A few steps down is the living room, featuring ample seating, a large SMART TV, and a cozy double-sided gas fireplace. Sliding doors lead to the private patio, where you can enjoy morning coffee or gather after a beach day, just steps from the pool and sand.

Head up to the next level where you'll find the first primary bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, A/C and a full bath with a shower. There's a full-size Bosch washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway.

A few steps up there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, two more bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds, one with a trundle.

The third floor hosts the second primary suite—a spacious, air-conditioned retreat with a king bed, mounted flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a shower

From here, step out to the rooftop deck with dining space, perfect for sunset dinners with sweeping views of the ocean and courtyard.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

"Unit 144 is spacious, fully equipped and beautiful! We have been enjoying the Cape for over 10 years and 144 is our favorite. It is so close to the beach and pool and the kids love it. We actually offered to go to an island or on cruise this year, but the kids (now young teens) said "No way, we love Cape Cod and the Yachtsman!" They wanted to stay for 2 weeks this summer. We've always found the staff very accommodating and Jennifer is the best...so patient and kind. She makes every effort to see that we have everything we need, We are already discussing our plans for 2026, this time in July. Our choice - Yachtsman Unit 144.

"We have been staying at this unit for 8 years with our entire family including grandchildren. The entire family looks forward to our vacation here and unit 144 is part of our fond memories year after year. The unit is very comfortable and feels like home. The pool and beach are perfect and grandchildren love having access to both. This year we used the linen service and it was a game changer. Finally, Jennifer the property manager is very receptive and a pleasure to work with.
