Step inside this spacious Sandwich home and you’re immediately greeted by two distinct living areas: a traditional living room perfect for family gatherings, and a bright sunroom with plenty of seating for laid-back afternoons. The heart of the home is the oversized eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials for memorable meals, and connected to a large dining area that easily accommodates the whole group.

A convenient home office and half bath with washer/dryer are located on the main level, making it easy to balance work and play. Upstairs, the bedrooms are generously sized: the primary suite features a king bed and private bath with dual sinks and tub/shower combo; a queen bedroom provides cozy comfort; another bedroom with twin beds plus trundle sleeps three; and the final queen bedroom includes its own en-suite bath with shower.

An Amazing Vacation House

"This is truly a wonderful family vacation house. From the minute we drove up the driveway and were welcomed by the gorgeous purple hydrangeas that border the lovely, columned front porch, we knew that the house was special. Spacious, and very clean, the house is both beautiful and comfortable. If you like to cook, you will be rewarded with a very well equipped kitchen that has plenty of counter space. The large dining room table is perfect for leisurely family dinners, and the bedrooms are all sizable. The master suite is huge; in fact, my daughter joked that it was bigger than her first NYC apartment! The back deck is very large and my 3 grandchildren had plenty of space to play and runaround. The outdoor shower which even has a changing room was a favorite! Most importantly, the house is really conducive to being together, having the chance to relax and enjoy all that summer at the Cape has to offer. The fire pit out front was an extra treat. We especially loved that the beach is a short walk from the house, the kids could ride their bikes, and the beach is never crowded. We highly recommend this house!!

"This was a great place for our group- the listing is accurate! Our realtor Jen was amazing finding this perfect spot for us, Owner Steve was very responsive and helpful. The home is truly beautiful inside and out, with lots of space for everyone. The beach is gorgeous- we almost had it to ourselves a few days. Everyone had a great time! We were sad to leave! ❤️

"From the moment we drove up the driveway we knew this was going to be a lovely relaxing vacation! Love the front porch with rockers and the swing and the fire pit! Just wow! Inside did not disappoint! Super clean and spacious with plenty of room for our large family to both be together and get some time apart. The master bedroom is a true oasis with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Cooking family dinners was a breeze in this big kitchen and everything we needed was there. The quick walk to the beach was also ideal, easy to go back-and-forth for lunch and dinner and back down for sunsets, which are amazing! We will be back!

"Amazing vacation! The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the private association beach. We could walk to the beach with our small children, go back to the house for naptime, relax on the spacious deck or sunroom. In the evening we hung around the firepit. We will definitely return next summer!
