"The house was beautiful inside and out. Plenty of room for two families and a combined 7 kids ranging in age from 6-17. The kitchen is a thing of envy with an espresso maker and induction stovetop. The blackstone grill on the patio was perfect for feeding a crowd breakfast and dinner. The yard was plenty big for pick up sports. And the beach on the street was as fun to swim at high tide as it was to explore the sea life at low tide. A 5 minute walk to fresh and fried fish and less than a mile walk with safe sidewalks to the village with a cute coffee shop and market. We rarely had to get into the car once we arrived. I’ve always loved this neighborhood, we absolutely fell in love with this house!!

Great spot for a large family

"This is a beautiful property with more than enough room for our multi-generational family of six adults and tree children. There are lots of nooks and crannies for people to find alone time, while the living room and dining room area can accommodate everyone at once. It is also beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The large back yard was a big hit. We often found ourselves out there at the end of the day barbecuing, sitting around the gas fire pit, or playing bocci. The location is excellent, with a short walk to a quiet beach and many restraurants close by. The team at Kinlin Grover Compass was very attentive and made sure that our stay went off without any problems.

"This home was just as described in the advertisement and was super clean and comfortable. It truly is a wonderful spot on Cape Cod. I could not ask for more to enjoy a relaxing week with my family. It’s a gem of a find and the private beach is so calm and quiet if you don’t want to be at a crowded beach. Good restaurants close by too. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!!
