Summer Holiday on the Cape

"We had a 4 week family stay at this wonderful home! The home is in fantastic condition with plenty of space inside and out. We made daily use of the amazing pool and backyard. The pool and backyard space truly is the gem of the home! The house and especially the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Easy and convenient access to local Barnstable ponds and beaches made a huge difference for our enjoyment as well. We spent many afternoons at Joshua's pond which is a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. Osterville is a great location and town, plus it's easy access to all of the Cape. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood as it did not feel like a standard Cape vacation spot with each home turning over week in and week out. Everything was quiet and peaceful and made for a very memorable holiday! We would 100% stay at this home again.

"We had such an awesome time here! The house is renovated, spotless and so impressive! It is modern but also warm and comforting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous, luxurious and so comfortable. And the yard is private and beautifully maintained. We loved the pool and used it everyday. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Definitely recommend!

"Great house, very welcoming and private with plenty of space for everyone. The house is laid out perfectly so you can have a community feel with your party or be off on your own in a beautiful, quiet bedroom. The furniture and bathrooms are top notch and the outdoor space with wrap around deck and pool are perfect. Close to beaches, town and salt ponds can’t imagine getting a better rental
