Tucked away down a long private road on a beautifully landscaped, fully fenced 1.5-acre property, this spacious vacation home offers a heated pool, spa, private tennis court and a tranquil outdoor setting. In the evenings, sink into cozy Adirondack chairs under the stars, toast marshmallows and gather around the smokeless Solo firepit.

"Excellent! The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the tennis court and pool were highlights. The property worked wonderfully for our 12-person extended family group. We did encounter a couple of hiccups. The pool wasn't heated for the first few days of our stay, but the host responded promptly, sent out a pool technician, and got it sorted, and sent us a gesture of appreciation which was thoughtful. The Location is excellent. Situated near Scudder's Lane in Barnstable, we had easy access to nearby beaches, whale watching, a lovely local library, and the historical society. Everything felt close and convenient.The host and property manager were both responsive and communicative throughout our stay. A few minor inconveniences aside, this was a genuinely special listing and a fantastic setting for our first extended family trip to the Cape. We had a great time.

"10/10--Excellent! Gorgeous property for our multi generational family summer trip! The pool area was so nice to come back to at the end of the day. Kids had a blast playing cornhole and tennis. "We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property for families and gatherings. The property layout was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group. The pool and tennis court were a great addition, and we enjoyed using both during our stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to biking, kayaking, walks, runs, great restaurants, and other activities in the area. We also want to acknowledge the agency for their amazing communication and support. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a beautiful property.

"We stayed at this lovely home on a quiet street in a pretty neighborhood for two months while our own house was being renovated, and it was the perfect place to land during that time. The area is so peaceful and serene. The house was modern, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The owners were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive throughout. We’re very grateful for such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property.

"The home feels tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, and deeply calming, yet you’re still only about 10 minutes from Whole Foods and everyday conveniences. We stayed as a couple along with our in-laws and grandchildren, and the layout was perfect for multi-generational time together. The children absolutely loved sleeping in the beautiful post-and-beam barn, it felt like a magical camping experience for them. Sandy Neck beach is only a 15 minute drive along 6A. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and every convenience was thoughtfully provided throughout the home. The owners were also immediately available and responsive for anything that came up, which made the stay feel especially easy and well cared for.

"We spent 2 wonderful weeks at 29 Calves Pasture Lane and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, restorative stay. The home is a true oasis, quiet and serene, yet close enough to everything we needed. As an older couple, we especially appreciated the lifestyle the property offers. We enjoyed regular walks to the village, a quick jaunt to the beach to watch the sunset, and making full use of the tennis courts and heated pool. The setting made it easy to fall into a relaxed, healthy rhythm. The home itself is cozy, comfortable, well-appointed. This is a special place for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the simple pleasures of Cape living.
